Every fortnight, something worth trying.

We run fortnightly barista and chef specials because we love keeping things fresh, creative and a little exciting for both our team and our customers.

For our chefs and baristas, it’s a chance to step outside the regular menu, try new ideas and showcase their skills. It keeps creativity flowing in the kitchen and behind the machine and gives our team something to be proud of and passionate about.

For our customers, it means there’s always something new to discover — a flavour, a drink or a dish you didn’t expect but end up loving. It keeps the menu feeling alive and seasonal, not static.

It’s important for us to keep up with the trends and have our work place be a creative outlet for our team.

Keeping things interesting is important.

We love working with seasonal produce because it simply tastes better. When ingredients are in season - they’re fresher, fuller in flavour and at their natural best — and that always shows on the plate and in our cups.

Using what’s in season also keeps our menu evolving. It lets our chefs and barista’s get creative, highlight what’s available locally and build dishes / beverages around ingredients that don’t need overworking to shine.

For us, it’s about respecting the produce and letting real flavours lead. Simple, fresh and thoughtfully put together — the way good food should be.
