The evening experience is designed around reservations, allowing our team to prepare each service with care and provide a more personalised dining experience. Guests can expect beautifully prepared share plates, a thoughtfully selected beverage offering and attentive service from our team. Whether you're celebrating something special or simply looking for a unique night out, BUNA After Dark invites you to enjoy the space in a more refined and memorable way.

To introduce BUNA After Dark, the first few weeks will operate as reservation-only dining on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 05:30-09:30. With limited seating available, bookings allow us to prepare each evening with care and deliver a more refined experience for our guests.

BUNA After Dark is our evening dining experience — an intimate extension of BUNA where the pace slows, the lights soften and the food takes centre stage. Designed as a refined chef-led experience, our kitchen curates thoughtful dishes that highlight quality ingredients, creativity and attention to detail - tapas done right.

Guests can expect a relaxed but elevated atmosphere, where the restaurant becomes a more personal space to enjoy beautifully prepared plates, carefully selected beverages and warm, attentive service.
