BUNA was built from experience, trial and error and a genuine love for good food, good coffee and the people who bring a cafe to life - the back bone, our team.
We care deeply about what we serve and how we run our space. From the way your coffee is made to how the kitchen operates behind the scenes, every detail matters to us. Our days can be busy and unpredictable, but our standards stay the same — quality, consistency and care always come first.
We’re big on doing things properly. That means supporting our team, refining our systems and being honest about what works and what doesn’t. We’re constantly learning, adjusting and improving — not to be perfect, but to be better every day.
BUNA isn’t about trends or shortcuts. It’s about creating a space that feels welcoming, reliable and considered — somewhere you can come back to, again and again and know you’ll be looked after.

Benjamin brings a calm, considered approach to coffee and operations, with a deep respect for the craft and the people behind it. His attention to detail and commitment to quality is felt in every cup and interaction.
Maddison, with her warm energy and eye for experience, leads with intuition, heart and a genuine love of people. Whether it’s the flow of a dining space or the rhythm of a busy brunch service, she ensures every moment feels intentional and welcoming.
